They chatted about weather, society and their kids. But soon their conversation turned to work—their current challenges, future dreams. Each had entrepreneurial aspirations that transcended their present jobs.​ Driven by a shared vision, they met every Friday at noon, sketching business plans and nurturing their dreams of creating life-giving livelihoods. Starting "slow and low," they reassessed their relationship with work and worth.
That was in 2015. Today, nearly 10 years later, their circle has grown, committed to "re/worthing" work.
